Ambulances for Mothers in Labor

Trying to get an ambulance as an expectant mother in India is difficult to say the least. Some have reported it taking an hour and a half or more to get transported to a hospital, and when you are in labor there isn't a moment to spare. Due to the shortage of ambulances and the delay in receiving transport, mothers are often forced to deliver their baby in the ambulance while still in traffic. Unfortunately, many babies do not survive. It's simply devastating and all together unnecessary.

Share Care Global is helping make sure mothers in labor are able to get an ambulance in a more timely manner in order to increase the likelihood of a safe delivery for their baby. Your support can help provide this much-needed ambulance service for mothers in India whose babies need a fighting chance.
